abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a floor construction method which does not easily generate odor and can be completed in a short time. SOLUTION: A floor resin paint 18 is applied to the surface of a concrete slab 12. Next, after the resin paint 18 is cured, an adhesive 20 is applied on the resin paint 18 and a new floor material 22 is attached. Alternatively, an adhesive 24 is applied to the surface of the hardened concrete slab 12, a resin sheet 26 is attached thereon, an adhesive 28 is applied thereon, and a new flooring 30 is attached. Resin paint 18 or resin sheet 26 A material having a property of blocking the passage of gas and liquid material is used.
