titleOfInvention | Polyester fiber and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good color tone (b value), to have a special fine pore, to be excellent in hygroscopicity, water absorption and dry feeling, and to continue through a spinneret for a long time. Disclosed is a polyester fiber which generates a small amount of deposits on a die even when the fiber is spun and has excellent moldability, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The polyester composition obtained by using a catalyst for producing a polyester containing a specific titanium compound and a phosphorus compound and blending a specific metal sulfonic acid salt at an arbitrary stage until the melt spinning of the polyester is completed. The material is fibrillated and then treated with an aqueous alkali compound solution to remove at least a portion of the metal sulfonic acid salt. |
