SOLUTION: A polyester fiber or a polyamide fiber formed by spinning a polyester resin obtained by mixing 1 to 20 parts by weight of tourmaline ore having an average particle size of 0.1 μm to 100 μm is braided and fixed with a polyurethane resin, and both surfaces are fixed.
