abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To be able to be mounted in a state where it has been molded according to a mounting target without undergoing a mold raising. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin 17a is laminated as a thermoplastic material 17 on a stretchable base material 16 such as cloths 16a and 16b, and the thermoplastic resin 17a is pressed against a mounting object in a fluidized state. The inner socket 15 as a mounting component having a molding function is configured to be mounted in a state where the molding is performed by cooling the thermoplastic resin 17a.
