abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce with a general-purpose mixer without using a special kneading apparatus or kneading method, to have excellent workability and mechanical properties, and to have a relatively low ratio of a flame retardant content. And a non-halogen phosphorus-free flame-retardant resin composition having excellent flame retardancy and a resin composite material using the same. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant resin composition is obtained by finely dispersing a layered clay mineral treated with an organic salt into a copolymer of polyethylene and a polar monomer using a general-purpose mixer. The resin composite material is obtained by mixing a flame-retardant resin composition with another resin. |
