Two (hydrogenated) addition-polymerized block copolymers (II) having conjugated diene-based polymer blocks 0 to 500 parts by mass, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer 50-300 parts by mass of (III) and 0-300 parts of softener (IV) A layer comprising a thermoplastic polymer composition contained in a proportion of 300 parts by mass.
