titleOfInvention Method for producing polyurethane molded article
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a functionally graded polyurethane molded article in which the physical properties of a polyurethane molded article are continuously changed even if it has a single composition without an adhesive interface. SOLUTION: The method for producing a functionally graded polyurethane molded article is a method for producing a functionally graded polyurethane molded article in which the physical properties of polyurethane are continuously changed in one direction, and relates to a crystalline state of a polyol component in an uncured polyurethane material. The curing reaction is carried out with a gradient in one direction. After casting the uncured polyurethane material and cooling or pressurizing to crystallize the polyol component in the polyurethane material, at least one side of the molding surface is set to a temperature equal to or higher than the non-crystallization temperature of the polyol component. By giving a temperature gradient in the thickness direction, the curing reaction may be performed with a gradient to the degree of crystallization of the polyol component in the uncured polyurethane material.
