abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an oxygen concentrator capable of accurately measuring an oxygen concentration even when argon other than oxygen and nitrogen is present in a sample gas. SOLUTION: The oxygen concentrating means is provided with an oxygen concentrating means for separating oxygen from the air, an ultrasonic vibrator and a reflector for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves arranged oppositely in a pipe downstream of the oxygen concentrating means, and a temperature sensor. The apparatus includes a correction coefficient table for an oxygen-argon ratio in the oxygen-enriched air with respect to a set flow rate of the oxygen-enriched air supplied to a user, and calculates a concentration of oxygen in the oxygen-enriched air based on the correction coefficient value.
