abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To facilitate blood collection and preparation of a quantitative solution. SOLUTION: A tool main body 1 in which a blood storage chamber 2 is formed, a puncture body 5 which is provided to be able to advance and retreat with respect to the tool main body 1, and a puncture body having an initial position or a retracted position and a puncture position. An advance / retreat movement mechanism 6 for allowing the advance / retreat movement between Engagement / disengagement mechanism 7 for engaging and disengaging puncture body 5 at the initial position Energy storage means 8 for accumulating driving energy necessary for the puncture body 5 to advance at least from the initial position to the puncture position and transmitting the energy to the advance / retreat moving mechanism 6, and the puncture body 5 retreats from the puncture position to the retreat position. In the operation process, there is provided a decompression mechanism 9 for reducing the pressure of the blood storage chamber 2 to a negative pressure state in conjunction with the forward / backward movement mechanism 6. Further, a tool main body 11 in which a first diluent 12 is stored and a sealed and reduced-pressure diluted blood solution storage chamber 13 is formed, and a puncture body connected to and connected to the diluted blood solution storage chamber 13 15 is provided.
