abstract (57) [Summary] (with correction) [Problem] To provide a simple, high-sensitivity, low-cost genetic test method. SOLUTION: An amplification step of amplifying a region of a test target to be detected of double-stranded DNA 102 using a primer and dNTP, a pyrophosphate PPi generated in the amplification step, a primer used in the amplification step, dNTP A degradation step of enzymatic degradation, a synthesis step of repeating complementary strand synthesis using primers specific to the sequence and mutation of the region of the test target, and a chemiluminescent reagent that converts pyrophosphate generated in the synthesis step to ATP. Monitoring the chemiluminescence produced by the reaction to detect the presence or absence of the test target. [Effect] A series of reactions can be performed with a homogeneous measurement system.
