titleOfInvention | Nucleotide polymorphism identification method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a mutation or polymorphism in a nucleic acid sequence and an oligonucleotide used therefor, which are particularly useful for diagnosis of genetic diseases, analysis of nucleotide polymorphism, and the like. SOLUTION: A nucleic acid sequence containing a specific nucleotide polymorphism site contained in a sample is reacted with a fixed amount of a wild-type oligonucleotide and one or two types of mutant-type oligonucleotides simultaneously or separately. A method for identifying a base polymorphism contained in a nucleic acid sample by determining whether or not the oligonucleotide has reacted, and determining whether or not the oligonucleotide has reacted by measuring the amount of the unreacted oligonucleotide. How to detect. |
