titleOfInvention DNA chip
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] In the case of using a solid phase carrier made of a resin, it has a high density of adsorption active sites with DNA having excellent adhesion to the solid phase carrier, and a large number of units per unit area. A DNA chip capable of immobilizing DNA is provided. A DNA chip having a DNA fragment immobilized on the surface of a solid phase carrier, wherein the solid phase carrier is made of a resin material, and the solid phase carrier surface and the DNA fragment are bound to the surface of the solid phase carrier. It is characterized by being immobilized via a graft polymer. This graft polymer has a reactive functional group capable of binding to a DNA fragment on the side chain of the polymer.
