abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable polyester resin composition having excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance and having rheological properties advantageous for molding of a foam or the like, a method for producing the same, and a molded article thereof. SOLUTION: The hydroxycarboxylic acid unit is 50 mol%. 100 parts by mass of the biodegradable polyester resin contained above, and a (meth) acrylate compound 0.01 to 20 A biodegradable polyester resin composition comprising parts by mass. A method for producing a biodegradable polyester resin composition, in which a biodegradable polyester resin, a (meth) acrylate compound, and a peroxide are melt-kneaded.
