titleOfInvention Bead filler rubber composition and pneumatic tire using the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a bead filler rubber composition to improve durability and workability in tire production, and at the same time, to provide a pneumatic tire having both tire handling stability and ride comfort performance. The task is to provide. A bead filler rubber composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a rubber component, 1 to 8 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyamide, polyolefin, 30 to 70 parts by weight of hard carbon, and 10 to 50 parts by weight of soft carbon. A bead filler rubber composition, wherein the thermoplastic polyamide is preferably blended as a master batch dispersed in a fibrous form in a matrix composed of a polyolefin and an elastomer, and the bead filler rubber on the outer peripheral side of the bead core. A pneumatic tire on which the composition is disposed, wherein the orientation direction of the thermoplastic polyamide short fibers is preferably substantially perpendicular to the tire radial direction.
