titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of ferrite thin film
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a thin film having a desired thickness efficiently with a simple device and a good soft magnetic characteristic at a lower temperature without sacrificing the good soft magnetic characteristic of ferrite. Having ferrite formed. A method for producing a ferrite thin film, comprising compressing a solution prepared by adding an oxidation promoter to a raw material solution composed of a metal nitrate or metal alkoxide to a substrate heated by a hot plate, from an atomizer. The ferrite thin film is formed on the substrate 4 by continuously or intermittently spraying the gas as a carrier gas at a predetermined distance.
