abstract (57) Abstract: Provided is a transport belt used in a paper introduction section of an OA device such as a copying machine and having excellent non-transfer properties, transport properties, and abrasion resistance, and a method of manufacturing the transport belt. A transport belt including a transport section made of a rubber compound, a non-transport section, and a core layer made of a fiber material provided between the transport section and the transport section has fine recesses on at least the surface of the transport section. And the rubber compound is ethylene- Using an α-olefin elastomer as a raw rubber, 1 to 10 parts by mass of a sulfonyl hydrazide-based blowing agent, 1 to 10 parts by mass of a foaming aid, based on 100 parts by mass of the raw rubber. And a rubber compound containing 1 to 50 parts by mass of a paraffin-based plasticizer.
