titleOfInvention | Heat-shrinkable polystyrene resin film roll and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] A heat-shrinkable polystyrene-based resin film suitable as a packaging material used for covering, bundling, and exterior of containers, etc. Provided is a film roll formed by winding a heat-shrinkable polystyrene resin film having excellent applicability to packaging in a short time. SOLUTION: This is a film roll obtained by winding a heat-shrinkable polystyrene-based resin film, wherein the heat-shrinkable polystyrene-based resin film has a main shrinkage direction. In a steady region where the rate of change in length after treatment after immersion in hot water at a temperature of 65 ° C. for 10 seconds is 5% or more compared to before treatment, and film physical properties are stable in the flow direction during film production. When cutout portions are provided at intervals of about 100 m, and the heat shrinkage in the main shrinkage direction of the sample cut out from each cutout is measured, the heat shrinkage of each sample is ± 10% of the average value of the heat shrinkage of all the samples. A heat-shrinkable polystyrene resin film roll within 5%. |
