The present invention relates to a tool for massaging the whole body. SOLUTION: An appropriate amount of "dried okara" (1) is put into a permeable bag (2) and bound so as not to spill out. (3) After adding water to the above in a bathroom or the like to increase the volume to an appropriate size that fits in the palm, use it as a full-body massage tool.
