abstract |
(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a novel gene having a correlation with a cedar pollen-specific IgE value and use thereof. SOLUTION: As a result of preparing T cells from a plurality of subjects having different cedar pollen-specific IgE values before and after the pollen scattering time and searching for genes by differential display method, the subjects exhibiting a high cedar pollen-specific IgE value are significant. A new gene with low expression was successfully isolated. The present inventors have found that this gene can be used for testing allergic diseases and for screening candidate compounds for therapeutic drugs for allergic diseases. |
