titleOfInvention | Solid fuel with desulfurization function |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] By using combustible waste and calcium-containing waste generated in large quantities in Japan as a raw material for solid fuel, a new method for reusing these wastes will be developed. At the same time, it is to provide an inexpensive solid fuel. Also, An object of the present invention is to provide a desulfurizing action to a solid fuel to develop a method of using not only as a heat source but also as a desulfurizing agent, and to reduce steam and electricity costs in a coal-fired power plant by reducing desulfurization costs. SOLUTION: The chemical form of the calcium in the waste is one or more of calcium carbonate, calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide, and the calcium content is 10% by weight (calculated as CaO, waste containing calcium). A solid fuel is manufactured by pulverizing, mixing, molding, and drying a calcium waste and a combustible waste having a solid content weight or more as raw materials. The calcium content in this solid fuel is 5% by weight (Ca A solid fuel having a desulfurization function is produced by setting the value to O or more, that is, the weight of the solid content with respect to the solid fuel. |
