titleOfInvention | Flexible polyurethane foam, production method thereof, and raw material system liquid for production thereof |
abstract | (57) An object of the present invention is to provide a flexible polyurethane foam which eliminates the feeling of bottoming, has a good feeling of support, has good vibration characteristics, durability, and the like, and a method for producing the same. X is calculated from equation (1) in a load (N) -deflection (mm) curve obtained by a load test. In a flexible polyurethane foam having a value of 4.2 or less, or a load (N) -deflection (mm) curve obtained by a load test of the core portion, the Y value calculated from the formula (2) is 1.8. The flexible polyurethane foam is as follows. X = static spring constant at load 883N / static spring constant at load 98N (1) Y = static spring constant at load 127.4N / static spring constant at load 19.6N (2) |
