abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an aptamer for obtaining a novel affinity ligand which can recognize and specifically adsorb bisphenol A suspected as an endocrine disrupting substance as a target molecule, that is, an aptamer. SOLUTION: This is a method for obtaining an aptamer capable of specifically adsorbing to bisphenol A by an in vitro selection method using affinity chromatography using an affinity column on which bisphenol A is immobilized, wherein the antagonist comprises an amphoteric organic solvent. Using an elution buffer, a method comprising performing the elution treatment in the affinity chromatography, and a single-stranded nucleic acid molecule as an aptamer obtained by the method.
