titleOfInvention Surfactant
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a surfactant that can be made into an aqueous solution having a high concentration and a low viscosity, and can greatly improve workability. SOLUTION: (A) a sucrose fatty acid ester and / or a polyglycerin fatty acid ester whose constituent fatty acid has 8 to 14 carbon atoms, and (B) a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester whose constituent fatty acid has 16 or more carbon atoms. And a surfactant. As the polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester of the component (B), sucrose fatty acid ester, glycerin fatty acid ester, and sorbitan fatty acid ester are preferable. It is preferable that the mixing ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) is (A) :( B) = 0.1: 99.9 to 50:50 by weight.
