An olefin copolymer component (A) having a degree of crystallinity of 0 to 50% and a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 30,000 to 60,000, and a hydrogenated butadiene polymer component (A). B) An elastic melt-blown nonwoven fabric comprising a composition containing 80 to 20% by weight and a fiber product using the same.
