titleOfInvention | Method for producing fluorescent polymer fine particles |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent immunoassay reagent which exhibits high brightness and a long fluorescence lifetime and binds an appropriate antibody or antigen to the particle surface to analyze an antigen or an antibody which selectively binds to the antibody. In particular, the present invention provides a fluorescent polymer fine particle useful as a raw material of a reagent for time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay. A fluorescent polymer in which a monomer solution in which a fluorescent lanthanoid complex, a hydration inhibitor and a co-stabilizer are dissolved is emulsified in a water-based dispersion medium in the presence of an emulsifier, and the resulting monomer droplets undergo radical polymerization. Manufacturing method of coalesced fine particles. |
