abstract | (57) [Problem] In a battery in which a current collecting lead pulled out from an electrode body is welded to at least one of an outer can and a sealing body, even if a drop impact or vibration is applied to the battery, the current collecting lead is not damaged. The welding portion is prevented from being broken and poor conduction does not occur. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral portion of a sealing plate 31 and an opening edge 11 of an outer can 10 are sealed by laser welding. The distal end of the positive electrode lead 222 is also welded to the welded sealing portion. A slit 224 is formed in the positive electrode lead 222 so as to include a position near the linear welding portion 222A. |
