SOLUTION: The organic photoreceptor comprises (a) a charge transport compound represented by the following chemical formula 1, (b) a charge generating compound, and (c) a conductive substrate. ) Wherein R 1 and R 2 together with the contained nitrogen atom form any of a heterocyclic ring, an aromatic ring and dinaphthylamine; or R 1 is a C4-C40 aryl group; R 2 is a sulfolanyl group or the like; or R 1 is hydrogen, a C1-C30 alkyl group, an alkyl group, 2 is a sulfonylphenyl group, R 3 is hydrogen and the like; and Q is a 3-carbazole group. )
