SOLUTION: A shoe stuffiness improving spray characterized in that the temperature inside the shoe is reduced by the heat of vaporization of the jet. Preferably, for 5 minutes after spraying in the shoe, it is desirable that the temperature in the shoe when worn is lower by 1 ° C. or more than before spraying. The propellant includes a liquefied petroleum gas, a propellant comprising at least one of dimethyl ether, and a vapor pressure of 760 mmH.
