titleOfInvention Water- and oil-repellent antifouling agent for natural fibers and textile products treated thereby
abstract (57) Abstract: The object of the present invention is to have excellent oil repellency and oily dirt removal property without significantly impairing the water absorption of natural fibers, especially cotton, and the durability of washing. An antifouling agent and a textile product treated thereby are provided. A (meth) acrylate containing a sulfone group represented by the general formula (2) and a polyalkylene glycol group represented by the general formula (3) are dispersed in an aqueous dispersion of the perfluoroalkyl phosphate compound of the present invention. Contain (meta) The solid content of the reaction product obtained by copolymerizing the acrylate with the compound of the formula 1 in the range of 1.0 to 2.5 in terms of the weight ratio of the solid in the formula 1 is 0.1 to 2.5. 50% by weight By using the water dispersion of the above, the prevention and removal of oil stains and the water absorption can be realized at the same time, and the washing durability is obtained. The polymerization ratio of the acrylate represented by the general formulas 2 and 3 used in the copolymerization is from 30 to 70/70 to 30% by weight of a water- and oil-repellent antifouling agent for natural fibers.
