abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition excellent in adhesion to non-polar adherends and repulsion resistance when used as an adhesive product and excellent in water resistance, and a method for producing the same. And an adhesive product having the above properties. SOLUTION: The aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention comprises: A water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer containing an alkyl (meth) acrylate or an alicyclic ester as a main monomer component, and having a solvent-soluble content in the total solid content of 20 to 90% by weight. And (A) an acrylic polymer having a glass transition temperature of −20 ° C. or less and a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 or more, and (B) a glass transition temperature of 40 ° C. or more and a weight average molecular weight of a solvent-soluble component. It contains 300 to 50,000 acrylic polymers.
