titleOfInvention | Oxystyrene derivative distillation method |
abstract | (57) Abstract: A novel method for distilling an oxystyrene derivative which does not exhibit the disadvantages of the conventional method. SOLUTION: 1,4-benzoquinonedioxime is used as a polymerization inhibitor and represented by the following general formula (I): Wherein R is an alkyl group, a haloalkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a cycloalkylalkyl group, an aryl group, especially a phenyl group, an aralkyl group, especially a benzyl group, an alkoxyalkyl group, an alkanoyl group, an alkoxycarbonyl group, an aralkyloxycarbonyl group. A oxystyrene derivative represented by the formula (1) or (2) which represents a group or an alkylsilyl group), and distilling the oxystyrene derivative in the presence of a polymerization inhibitor. According to the present method, the formation of a highly viscous polymeric substance during the distillation step was prevented, and the effect of recovering the distilled oxystyrene derivative was high. |
