[PROBLEMS] To provide a highly sensitive and highly durable electrophotographic photosensitive member, and an electrophotographic apparatus and a process cartridge using the photosensitive member. SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic photosensitive member having at least a photosensitive layer and a protective layer sequentially formed on a conductive support, the protective layer is made of an acrylic-modified poly in which an acrylic polymer is grafted to an inorganic filler and a silicone main chain. An organosiloxane compound. Examples of the acrylic-modified polyorganosiloxane compound include a polyorganosiloxane represented by the following general formula (I) and a (meth) acrylic acid ester represented by the following general formula (II) or a (meth) acrylate thereof. Acrylic-modified polyorganosiloxane obtained by emulsion graft copolymerization of an acrylic ester and a mixture of a copolymerizable monomer can be used. Embedded image |
