abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PPS resin composition in which burrs are reduced without lowering mechanical strength, a method for producing the same, and a molded article using the same. SOLUTION: (A) A polyphenylene sulfide resin having an extraction amount of 2% by weight or less when subjected to Soxhlet extraction with chloroform, and (B) a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition containing a layered inorganic substance. The layered inorganic substance (B) is incorporated in an amount of 0.1 to 40% by weight as an inorganic ash content in the composition, and is separated from a single layer to a level of five layers and dispersed in the polyphenylene sulfide resin (A). The interlayer of the layered inorganic substance (B) is modified with an organic onium salt, and the layered inorganic substance (B) is treated with a reactive functional group-containing coupling agent. |
