titleOfInvention | Method for producing open-cell crosslinked polyolefin foam |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent quality open cells by one-stage foaming in which heating, crosslinking, and foaming are performed under normal pressure, instead of two-stage foaming which requires a step of heating under pressure, crosslinking, and foaming. Provided is a method for producing a cross-linked polyolefin foam. In the method for producing an open-cell cross-linked polyolefin foam of the present invention, a crystalline polyolefin, when the crystalline polyolefin is 100 parts by mass, A resin composition containing up to 3.0 parts by mass of a crosslinking agent and a foaming agent is heated under normal pressure to form a foam, and the foam is compressed by a method such as passing between biaxial rolls at a constant speed. It is characterized by breaking bubbles. The content of the cross-linking agent is particularly preferably 0. It is preferably from 9 to 1.8 parts by mass. Further, it is preferable that the foaming agent is decomposed and foamed while the viscosity of the resin composition is controlled by decomposing and crosslinking the crosslinking agent in a state where the foaming agent is not decomposed. |
