titleOfInvention Suppository and its production method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] A suppository produced by a melting method using a conventional oil-based base has insufficient heat resistance and takes a long time to melt and disintegrate at an application site, so that it has a medicinal effect. It takes time to develop. Therefore, the appearance of a suppository which is more excellent in heat resistance, has a short melting and disintegration time at an application site, and has excellent drug release properties has been awaited. An oil-based base obtained by mixing sucrose and a drug is added to water in which a surfactant is dispersed or dissolved, and the mixture is mixed. The obtained paste emulsion is dried, powdered, and compression-molded. The suppository obtained solved the above-mentioned problem.
