titleOfInvention | Endless belt and endless belt traveling device |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an endless belt capable of forming a high-quality image without a meandering of the endless belt even in a state where the speed of image formation is high, that is, under a condition where the linear speed of the endless belt is high. Provided are an endless belt traveling device and an image forming apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: In an endless belt in which a band-shaped elastic body is fixed to an inner surface of both side edges by an adhesive layer, a height of a cross-sectional curve obtained by sampling N pieces of the elastic body surface in the rotation direction of the endless belt at intervals of Δt [μm] in the horizontal direction. X (t) [Μm] is subjected to a discrete Fourier transform according to the following equation (Equation 1), and I (S) calculated from the power spectrum derived by the following equations (Equation 2) and (Equation 3) is equal to 0. An endless belt characterized in that the endless belt has a thickness of 5 to 10.0. (Equation 1) (Where n and m are integers, N = 2 p , and p is an integer) [Equation 3] |
