titleOfInvention Electrochromic light control device
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To be resistant to ultraviolet rays that can be used outdoors, An electrochromic light control device that can be manufactured efficiently at low cost and easily. An electrochromic light control device having at least an ion conductive material between a first transparent conductive substrate and a second transparent conductive substrate, wherein the first transparent conductive substrate is transparently conductive on the transparent substrate. A layer is formed, and an electrochromic layer made of a transition metal oxide is further formed on the transparent conductive layer, and the second transparent conductive substrate includes at least a transparent substrate, a transparent conductive layer, and the transparent substrate. An ultraviolet absorbing layer between the transparent conductive layer and the ultraviolet absorbing layer is (A) an aminosilane compound or a derivative thereof; (B) a carboxyl group-containing silane compound, and (C) An electrochromic light control device, which is formed by applying a product obtained by reacting an epoxy group-containing silane compound or a derivative thereof onto a transparent substrate and curing the product.
