abstract (57) [Problem] To provide an infusion film for X-ray fluorescence analysis capable of increasing the sensitivity of X-ray fluorescence analysis. The drip film of the present invention has a thickness of 0.5 μm. In this example, a carbon vapor-deposited film 3 is formed on a polypropylene film having a diameter of 2 mm on a polypropylene film having a diameter of 2 m. This drip film 1 is 2 mm in diameter on the polypropylene film. The mask can be easily manufactured by placing a mask having the holes described above, depositing the carbon deposition film 3 from the upper surface thereof, and then removing the mask. Then, the solution sample S is instilled on the carbon vapor deposition film 3 of the drip film 1 manufactured as described above and dried, and then the fluorescent X-ray analysis is performed. Therefore, the solution sample S is condensed on the carbon vapor deposition film 3 and the generation of the fluorescent X-ray as the secondary X-ray is improved.
