(57) [Problem] To provide a diene rubber composition having not only excellent processability but also excellent dispersibility of a silicon-based inorganic filler. SOLUTION: It comprises 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber, 1-50 parts by mass of a block copolymer comprising a conjugated diene polymer block P and an acrylic polymer block Q, and 4-100 parts by mass of a silicon-based inorganic filler.
