titleOfInvention Screen printing divided mask, screen printing laminated mask, screen printing apparatus and screen printing method
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing mask, a screen printing apparatus, and a screen printing method which can be screen printed with good quality at low cost and realize low-volume production of many kinds. An upper mask made of a mask member having an opening is laminated on a lower mask made of another mask member having another opening to form a predetermined opening. The laminated mask for screen printing configured as described above can greatly reduce the required number of components with respect to the required number of print patterns. In addition, the number of times of changing masks can be significantly reduced. In addition, it is possible to prevent the printing pressure from partially increasing during printing, and to obtain a stable printing pressure.
