titleOfInvention Disintegrating binder for solid preparation
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disintegrating binder having excellent binder function and disintegrant function used in solid preparations used in various fields such as pharmaceutical preparations, foods, food materials, agricultural chemicals, and flavors. To provide. SOLUTION: A yeast cell wall fraction comprising a cell residue obtained by removing soluble intracellular components from an enzyme-treated yeast and a cell residue obtained by removing a soluble intracellular component from an enzyme-treated yeast are treated with an acidic aqueous solution. Further, the residue obtained by removing the solubilized component, further, the bacterial residue obtained by removing the soluble intracellular component from the yeast treated with the enzyme or the residue obtained by treating the bacterial cell residue with an acidic aqueous solution to further remove the solubilized component is powdered. It was found that the yeast cell wall fraction composed of the above had excellent binder function and disintegrant function, and a disintegrable binder was prepared. The solid preparation containing the disintegrating binder of the present invention can be used in various fields such as pharmaceutical preparations, foods, food materials, agricultural chemicals, and fragrances.
