titleOfInvention A method for treating dioxins and heavy metals contained in inorganic incineration ash and combustion fly ash.
abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Problem] To prevent the synthesis of dioxins by complete combustion and neutralization treatment, remove heavy metals contained in combustion fly ash, and make detoxification and resource efficient Good and cheap. SOLUTION: A furnace main body is moved from a bottom to a first-stage swirling fluidized-bed chamber 1. The generation of dioxins is prevented by using a two-stage swirling fluidized bed incinerator composed of -1 and a second-stage gas swirling flow chamber 1-2. A gas cooling chamber 27 with a cap is provided at the top of the central axis of the second-stage gas swirling flow chamber, and a high-pressure air inlet is connected to the lowermost side plate of the cooling chamber to stir combustion fly ash in wastewater generated by cooling water. And treat wastewater. Further, an exhaust gas chamber 29 is provided at the top of the central axis of the gas cooling chamber, an exhaust pipe is provided at the top of the central axis to communicate therewith, and a number of orifice nozzles 34 are arranged at the lower part thereof. A swirling flow of the eyes is formed and mixed with exhaust gas containing a large amount of water vapor to prevent white smoke.
