PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a simple and easy method to replace the conventionally cumbersome method widely used for measuring ATPase activity, and to reduce the required amount of a reaction mixture by a large sensitivity. . SOLUTION: After stopping the ATPase reaction, a hydrolyzate ADP and a substrate ATP are separated by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography, and the amount of ADP is quantified. |
