abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To maintain a feature that a light emitting element can be made into a module without requiring a large production cost, and that the light emitting element can be easily transported and mounted on a substrate. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for inspecting a circuit element in a manufacturing stage of the light emitting element, an inspection structure thereof, a circuit element built-in substrate and a method for manufacturing the same, and an electric circuit device and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In a state where the light emitting element 22 is embedded in an insulating material 45, wirings 3a and 3b connected to the light emitting element 22 are extended to inspection terminals 1 and 2, and probing terminals are connected to the inspection terminals 1 and 2. 5a and 5a are brought into contact with each other, and a lighting test of each light emitting element 22 is performed at the stage of manufacturing the light emitting element 22. As a result, information on the characteristics of each light emitting element 22 can be obtained at the manufacturing stage of the light emitting elements 22, and the characteristics can be made uniform. In addition, the production of defective products can be stopped to reduce waste.
