titleOfInvention Solid electrolytic capacitor and method of manufacturing the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to obtain a large-capacity wound solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent ESR characteristics and leakage current in a high frequency region. SOLUTION: An element is formed by winding an anode foil 1 on which a dielectric oxide film is formed and a cathode foil 2 of at least etched aluminum foil with a nonwoven fabric separator 3 mainly composed of polyphenylene sulfide resin interposed therebetween. The element 10 is provided with a solid electrolyte layer 4 made of at least one of polyethylene dioxythiophene, polyethylene dioxythiophene polystyrene sulfonic acid and derivatives thereof between the anode foil 1 and the cathode foil 2. Excellent solder heat resistance and low E A solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent SR and reliability can be obtained.
