(57) [Problem] To provide an organic photoreceptor which can be manufactured at a relatively low cost and has excellent image quality, abrasion resistance and releasability over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The organic photoreceptor is obtained by sequentially laminating a charge generation layer, a first charge transport layer and a second charge transport layer on a conductive substrate, wherein the first charge transport layer comprises a binder resin and a charge transport layer. The second charge transport layer comprises a binder resin comprising a modified polycarbonate resin, a fluorine-containing resin particle and a charge transport material, and the second charge transport layer comprises a charge transport material with respect to the binder resin. An organic photoconductor, wherein the content is larger than the amount of the charge transporting material with respect to the binder resin of the first charge transporting layer. |
