abstract (57) Abstract: An anti-glare layer having an uneven surface shape and a high-reflection anti-glare film having an anti-reflection layer thereon, wherein the anti-reflection layer can be formed by a simple method. To provide an antireflection antiglare film that can be manufactured. SOLUTION: An antiglare layer comprising a surface convex portion and a flat concave portion and having an average interval of the surface convex portion of 1 to 100 μm is provided on a transparent base film, and further provided on the antiglare layer. A low-refractive-index layer made of a material having a lower refractive index than the anti-glare layer.
