abstract (57) [Summary] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To improve the durability of a cooling water pump by providing an arrangement that does not reduce the durability of the cooling water pump. An outdoor unit is divided into an upper part and a lower part, an engine is arranged at an upper part, an outdoor fan and a radiator are arranged at an upper part, and cooling water is circulated between engine radiators via a cooling water pump, and provided on a dividing wall. Fresh air introduced into the lower part of the outdoor unit from the outside by the ventilation fan 47 is introduced into the engine room 7, and air warmed in the engine room 7 is separated from the partition plate 39. The engine room side partition plate defining the internal engine room 7 and the outdoor heat exchanger room is guided to the outdoor heat exchanger room from the ventilating air discharge port 40b, and the outdoor heat exchanger blower fan 44 is used for the outdoor heat exchanger. A ventilation device is provided for discharging indoor air to the outside, and a cooling water pump is arranged in the middle of the fresh air introduction passage by the ventilation fan 47 or near the introduction passage in the engine room 7.
