abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a tank model for mold shell molding, which can obtain a tank model for forming a fabric-like skin. SOLUTION: After applying a backup material 31 also serving as an adhesive to a setting surface 12 of a first base die 10, a back surface 30 side of a fabric FB is set on the setting surface 12. The coating material 32 is thinly coated on the front surface 29 of the fabric FB in which the back surface 30 is coated with the backup material 31 so as not to enter the weave. As a result, since both sides 29 and 30 of the fabric FB are completely coated, the silicon SC injected for silicon inversion does not enter the texture of the fabric FB, and the fabric FB is added to the silicon surface of the cured silicon SC. Is faithfully transferred and reproduced. |
