titleOfInvention Zn-plated steel sheet with excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] A Zn-based plated steel sheet coated with a chemical conversion coating that can be used for heat resistance by reducing the environmental load by not containing hexavalent chromium, and by being mainly composed of inorganic components. It can be used for home appliances and automotive parts. SOLUTION: (1) A chemical conversion treatment solution containing a trivalent chromium compound (A) and an inorganic component of water-dispersible silica (B) as main components, and further containing a lubricity-imparting component (C) and water. Treated Zn-based plated steel sheet with excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance. (2) The total solid content 1 of the chemical conversion treatment liquid according to claim (1). The ratio of the solid content of the component (B) to 00% by weight is 10 to A Zn-based plated steel sheet which is coated with a processing liquid of 90% by weight and has excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance. (3) It contains a metal nitrate (D) as an additional component, and the metal in the metal nitrate is Alkaline earth metals, Co, Ni, Fe, Zr and Ti The Z which is excellent in heat resistance and corrosion resistance according to any one of claims 1 and 2, which is at least one selected from the group consisting of n-based plated steel sheet.
